RE: AOL help
Moses Wrote:Hello Len Moses , I am sorry to hear about your AOL problems. I am no longer with AOL myself so I cannot access their specific helpline without logging in , so you would need to do that here AOL broadband help You can chat on line to a technician and tell them your problem. You may well be able to recover your filing cabinet as I think the software keeps a backup somewhere. Failing that you could ring them but may find yourself talking to someone 5000 miles away. You could ask them if there are DNS issues if you cannot access certain sites. Are you using AOLs own browser or have you tried either Internet Explorer or Firefox to access the sites you are having problems with ? If you have success with either of those that will give a clue to the source of the problem. The Lotteryfun site is at Lotteryfun and the link to my site is still displayed there. Good luck ! |
