I see quad 2, 3, 23, 40
is Top Quad: drawn three times over the history of Lotto

Here is something interesting Mate
In the 49's The Twice Daily Draw
the two sets of numbers drawn 30th January 2010 are
02,08,13,22,23,25,29,31,32,38,41,44,48
number 13 was drawn twice thats why there are thirteen numbers not fourteen.
compare them to your numbers above.

Out of interest Len, where are you getting your list of quads from ? I know of no on line resource for this. Perhaps you are running a lotto analysis packege ?

Regarding the 49's list of numbers, there are some amazing similarities, but see no logical reason for it. As far as I'm aware 49's is drawn privately (perhaps Ido will know if its televised in the Bookmakers network) so we can't verify if its a random draw. Wouldn't it be interesting if the balls were chosen from a shortlist of unpopular UK lotto n-tuplets ? I think that idea is a bit far-fetched though. Icon_smile

Hi Frank
I get my info from Steve Blundell's lottery95 software.
http://www.llednulb.demon.co.uk/sharewre.htm
I also use it to check my numbers.

You Say.

"there are some amazing similarities, but see no logical reason for it. "

What we have to remember is the Machines are the same
so if the numbers look similar thats the reason.
well thats my way of thinking.Icon_smile

I thought so, I can get the quads out of Excel but it takes about an hour of run time on my PC to get there. For this reason I don't do the run very often. Perhaps you can confirm that there are 33 top quads (ignoring bonus) each out 3 times ?

I have...

1,2,38,43
1,9,27,45
1,15,23,31
1,33,36,38
2,3,23,40
2,19,44,49
2,28,37,47
3,9,12,43
3,17,29,40
5,7,24,35
5,9,12,32
5,9,14,38
5,9,27,43
5,24,38,48
6,12,19,44
7,12,37,42
7,25,31,39
8,10,47,49
8,14,18,44
9,18,29,30
9,24,30,40
10,12,34,48
11,22,39,42
12,28,36,40
13,43,45,47
15,18,30,31
17,21,25,37
18,20,30,43
18,37,39,42
19,30,34,44
19,38,44,49
22,41,43,47
26,28,38,46

As for the machines I know nothing about the 49's machines, I've never seen them. How do you know they are the same ?Icon_smile

Hi Frank
The data above is all correct Mate.
I think I machine's are all the same
I'm not to too worried if they are not.
it's the data I'm interested in.
