Number 45 - Len - 05-26-2016 07:19 AM

Hi All
Well I see number 45 was drawn
for the first time in this new 6-59 draw
the last time it was drawn was in draw 2063

If you count draw 2066 as the 'reset' point for the UK lottery, since the 659 began there, then the cycle length for all 59 balls to be drawn was 66 draws. This compares with the theoretical average of 37 draws and the maximum expected period of 68 draws found under test conditions over 6000 test draws.
Interesting to note that if you take the last appearance of ball 45 (draw 2063) and count from 2064 as the start point - counting appearances of balls, its absence was 68 draws, exactly matching my maximum expected absence.

Hi Frank
What was interesting as well was
the last time number 45 was drawn number 6 was the bonus number
and this time number 6 in drawn order was the first number.Ylsuper

I'm wondering if it's like waiting for a bus, you wait ages and then two come along at once. We shall see on Saturday.
