The Players' Guide and EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker Game Procedures have been updated to reflect some changes that have been made to the Lotto raffle and EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker (previously UK Millionaire Raffle). The changes relate to how we can use the reserve funds for both games, which will enable us to run different types of promotions
