maybe because this is simply a winner story,not THE JACKPOT winner one.
I don't doubt it's thrue as the TUKL tweeted it today,seems that
the album ot that site is just for those minor winner who don't
deserv a special articles to be published but it worth to be mentioned somehow ,on all the photos is visible the persons hand same brand

About they are only 14 on the photo I 've counted them as well ,
it may be the others being not local residents but distant partecipant
or someone preffer to remain anonymous
