Can you not just attach the document here as an attachment ? Either Word or Excel files can be atatched I'm pretty sure.

Google docs. You don't have to create the document on line, you can (once you have an account) just upload your Word or Excel document to Google docs, then opt to share it and choose 'publish as a web page' this will give you a link to post in a forum. There are other levels of sharing which allow certain invited people to make changes (edit on line documents) but we don't need to go into that here.

My database it is not up to date and I cannot keep it uptodate!
The difficult part is to reverse the sets of numbers, I have to wheel them 7 times (as you know computer can only sort out the numbers from left to right and cannot sort them from 7th or BB)
I tried to post it in Anselm forum wheras I can copy and paste it but it did not work and every time I got funny noise before posting!
Mostly I wanted you (forum members) to have a say on this as general view!
It seems the numbers from seventh positions shares the same information and pattern as from the first postion or ball 1

Moses, as far as I know the Anselm site is no different apart form the following. It is full of annoying adverts and pop ups. If you do not have pop up blockers or Firefox then its not a good site to use, apart from the fact that it is defunct. I've just been and made a test post using Firefox with Adblock plus and it worked perfectly. The other thing is because Its not a forum attended daily by moderators any more, all posts are on pre-moderation. Meaning that posts do not appear until seen by me and approved.
In any case, as I said earlier you do not need it. You can post what you were going to post on Anselms here. Just attach your Word or Excel document to your post here. Then we can see what you are trying to tell us.
The other thing is sorting in Excel. If you wish to sort a long line of numbers (more than 4) and then the line below it etc. etc you need a macro to do it. Without more information about what you need I can do no more. I haven't time to do the excercise above, if you've already done it , just show us .
