Hi MadOX, welcome. Well if you do have a go you can't do worse than I just did.
Well done Val with the Lucky stars, you delivered again with the right ones. 
As for my effort, the disadvantage of having a 'short' shortlist is that when they miss, they miss spectacularly with no consolation prizes. I had changed my method slightly this time, so I think i'll step backwards to my previous method. I see it rolled over again, this is getting expensive, I wish someone would win it and put me out of my misery.

i had a look back frank on our previous predictions we would have done better had we stuck to them as well....always the same isnt it...

The rules say it MUST be won on Friday, as the 148 milllion cap has come into play. This means that if nobody gets 5 plus 2 Lucky stars, the jackpot will be paid for 5 plus 1 lucky star and if nobody wins that it will be paid for match 5 only. Potentially the odds are much reduced to 1 in 6,473,989 instead of 1 in 116,531,800.
Its the best chance of winning we will get for a long time.

Well at least I can have a holiday from Euromillions until it gets interesting again. I see the UK winners have blown their cover, I hope they don't live to regret it.
